However, who holds this ability innately, will have an advantage over others.
Habit or aptitude for reading comprehension. Lawyers have to read constantly and it is essential to understand quickly and efficiently what we read. Who does not have these two qualities will not be able, in many cases, will cover claims that this profession requires.
Sociability. This component is essential for the commercialization of our work. We can be valid and reliable lawyers, but we sell our work, we must know to sell. People sure of self-confident, communicative and outgoing always have greater career success than those that are not.

Having good psychology. Sometimes we do one more work of psychologists than lawyers. We must be able to listen to our fellow men so we can find a solution and to adapt to the client demands. Having a conciliatory and diplomatic nature. Fundamental to deal with difficult customers, or require humane treatment that the case requires it.
Being able to work self-sufficiently. Often, we face issues that we have not seen before. We must know and find the right information quickly.
