Then, the additional request comes which allows to supplement your introductory initial request of authority. Finally, there is a counterclaim that unlike the first two applications came from the defendant. Indeed, a counterclaim is for the defendant to defend one hand, but also against the attack by accusing the applicant of facts related to the case.
